This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

By placing an order at GComing, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions, which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at GComing for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

Personal Information

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by GComing as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to GComing and Shopify and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request GComing to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the GComing Conditions, you agree to the above.

Force Majeure

Events outside GComing's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that GComing is released from GComing's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Examples of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes, or lack of delivery from suppliers. Force majeure also includes government decisions that negatively affect the market and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.

Payment

All products remain GComing's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old, you must have parents' permission to buy from GComing.

All transfers conducted through GComing are handled and transacted through third-party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored, and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.

Cookies

GComing uses cookies according to the new Electronic Communications Act, which came into force on 25 July 2003. Additional Information

GComing reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product offerings without prior notice. In the event that a product is sold out, GComing has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. GComing shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

Return Policy

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from GComing. You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, including all tags. 

To start a return, you can contact us at gcomingservice@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

GComing and its affiliates only assume responsibility for a shipment while the item(s) is/are in its possession. Upon delivery of the item to the shipping carrier of choice, the laws and regulations of the shipper become the regulating laws of the shipment. The risk of loss of the item passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. GComing and its affiliates will not be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments after delivery to the shipping carrier and that are the fault of anyone but GComing and its affiliates. GComing and its affiliates will not be held responsible or liable in any way for its choice of shipping carrier.
